If you are very anxious about dental treatment, it may be worth considering sedation. Dental anxiety prevents many patients from having the treatment they so desperately need.
It involves administering a drug called Midazolam (similar to Valium) into a vein that makes you feel relaxed. The sedation usually lasts for about 90 minutes, during which we can perform most dental procedures.
If you would like to consider having sedation then please give us a call to arrange for an assessment.
