This patient had to have a broken upper right lateral incisor removed. After discussing the options she decided to have a dental implant to replace the tooth as this option was the most simple and would not compromise her adjacent teeth. As an implant case it was quite complex however due to the position of the adjacent upper right canine tooth. The patient had a socket graft (artificial bone placed into the extraction socket to prevent gum resorption) followed by implant placement with further bone augmentation.

The patient was very pleased with the final implant crown.
