This lady’s main concern was the brown discolouration of her upper incisor teeth. The discolouration was due to a defect in the enamel. James advised a prolonged course of tooth whitening using Zoom Whitening Gel and then depending on the results, some micro-abrasion if necessary, to polish away any remaining discolouration.
After 4 weeks of tooth whitening the patient was delighted with the results and did not need to have any micro-abrasion.
