We will acknowledge a patient’s complaint in writing and enclose a copy of our code of practice as soon as possible, normally within 3 working days.
We will seek to investigate any complaint within ten working days of receipt.
We frequently carry out patient questionnaires at the practice so if you have any other suggestions then please feel free to fill out a survey in the waiting room.
